ONE SKI HILL PLACE

One Ski Hill Place was the centerpiece of Breckenridge’s Development Masterplan on Peak 8. The Project offered owners unprecedented Ski-in / Ski-out access to Breckenridge Ski Resort and direct access to the BreckConnect Gondola, which easily transports owners and guests to Peak 7 and into the charming town of Breckenridge. 

 

Due to a fully integrated marketing and sales program, the project achieved market-leading absorption rates and set a new price-per-square-foot sales record even through the recession recovery.
